How long does a custom cap take?
Most custom orders are designed and shipped within 7–14 business days after you approve the design preview.
Can I order just one cap?
Yes! We do single caps. Bulk orders of 5+ may qualify for a discount — mention it in your message.
What file types can I send for inspiration?
JPG, PNG, or PDF work great. You can also just describe your idea in words — we're good at reading minds.
Can I see a preview before it's made?
Always. We'll send you a digital design preview and won't start production until you give the thumbs up.
What cap styles are available for custom orders?
All three — Euro Cap, Bouffant/Ponytail, and Tie Back. Pick your favorite or let us suggest one based on your hair type.
