Scrub Cap Business

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our scrub cap business (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We sell handmade and/or custom scrub caps. Because many items are made to order, slight variations in fabric placement, color, and design may occur and are not considered defects.

2. Orders

  • All orders must be placed through our website or approved ordering channels.

  • Custom orders require customer approval of design details before production begins.

  • Once an order is confirmed and production has started, changes may not be possible.

3. Custom Orders

  • Customers may submit ideas, photos, or requests for custom fabric designs.

  • We reserve the right to decline any design request that cannot be produced or violates copyright/trademark laws.

  • Final design approval is required before printing or production.

4. Production Time

  • Standard production time for custom made designs is typically 10–14 business days after design approval, unless otherwise stated.

  • All other Caps are on hand, allow 1-2 business days for those with satin lining added. 

  • Production times may vary during high order volume periods or holidays.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect already placed orders.

6. Shipping

  • Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of many items, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

  • Approved refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content created by our business are our intellectual property.

  • Customers may not reproduce or resell our designs without permission.

9. User Submissions

By submitting ideas, images, or inspiration, you confirm you have the rights to use and share that content and grant us permission to use it for production purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
