Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the postal service, Capsential is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier. Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are subject to the postal service’s operations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. Capsential is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
