Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our scrub caps, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or there was an error with your order. 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your request.

If a return is approved, the cap must be returned in its original, unworn condition. Refunds will only be issued once the returned item is received. We do not offer refunds without a returned cap.
